Subject of the Terms

  1. These terms of use govern the relationship between the operator of fortuna-hra.cz and its users. The operator can be contacted at [email protected].
  2. The website is an independent project of an informational and affiliate character dealing with the Fortuna brand.
  3. “Website” refers to the pages at fortuna-hra.cz; “user” refers to a natural or legal person who visits them or uses their content in another way.
  4. An affiliate link is a link to the site of a gambling operator or of its business partner for which the website operator may obtain a commission once it is clicked.

Purpose and Character of the Site

The purpose of fortuna-hra.cz is to provide independent information about online gambling, in particular about the Fortuna brand, in the form of overviews, reviews and news. All of its content is purely informational.

The website operator does not run gambling and is not an operator under zákon č. 186/2016 Sb., on gambling, as amended. For that reason, it is not possible to register a player account, deposit funds, play or undergo identity verification on the website.

The rules and conditions that bind players are set directly by FORTUNA GAME a.s., IČO 43003575, Italská 2584/69, 120 00 Praha 2 as the gambling operator. The licence from the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic held by this company can be found in the public MF ČR list of licensed operators, known as the Whitelist.

Trademarks and Protected Works on the Website

  • The Fortuna trademarks are the property of their owner.
  • The website operator has no rights to these marks.
  • The website refers to them only descriptively, to name the brand and products its content concerns.
  • Such use does not create any relationship between the website operator and the owner of the marks.

The website's own content, from texts and graphics to structure, databases and source code, is protected by zákon č. 121/2000 Sb. (the Copyright Act), as amended. Copying, adapting, distributing or otherwise using it beyond personal use is possible only with the operator's prior written consent.

Limits of Liability for Content

Nothing published on the website is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice; the content is purely informational. The website operator makes a reasonable effort to keep it correct and up to date, yet it cannot be ruled out that some information will be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Users are therefore obliged to check it in official sources before taking any decision, especially directly with the gambling operator. The website is not responsible for the content and availability of third-party pages it links to, for the offers and terms of the gambling operator, or for any harm or loss arising from the use of information or services provided by third parties. Nor is the website operator a contracting party to any legal relationship that the user enters into with the gambling operator.

Protection of Minors

“The Ministry of Finance warns: Participation in gambling may lead to addiction.” 18+

Only persons over 18 may use this website with its information on gambling; younger persons are prohibited from using it. Every user confirms that they are over 18. The legal framework for gambling is set by zákon č. 186/2016 Sb., on gambling.
